Blanes is my favourite place on earth. Climb to the top of the mountain and look out over the pyrenees, drive to a local, natural rock pool, or sit on the veranda enjoying the sunset and a good book.
It is very remote and you need a car to reach shops, cafes, etc. But once you are in a car you can easily get to shops, markets, stunning villages, mountain pools and the beach.

Blanes is a truly special place. It is a wonderful home set set in amazing wild countryside.
I spent hours exploring the extensive and wild grounds and have been blessed with close sightings of some incredible wildlife.
Blanes is a complete experience in itself, much more than a holiday house. It balances a genuine homliness with wildness, and tranquility. The surrounding french villages and countryside are beautiful and great fun to explore.
